How do i use Organinc Moringa Powder?
5g - 15g (1 - 3 tsp) daily. Mix with water, juice or a delicious smoothie.
If you've not used it before, we recommend starting off slowly with a small amount of 1/2 tsp and gradually increasing over time.
It's also recommend to drink more water during the day when increasing your fibre intake.
